Initial Meeting & Info Collection

We have options to start the process through our website but we feel an in person meeting and discussion about your requirements works best.

Deal Analysis and Structuring

This is where we excel – we will take your requirements and based on our understanding of the real estate landscape in our markets, will come up with suggested structures/options for you.


Along with our suggested structure(s) we will present our terms of engagement and we can get going on your deal.


Our underwriting team will analyse and prepare presentations for the Lending market.

Market/Lender Options

Our production team (business development and underwriting) will present the Lender(s) who best fit the profile of what the requirements are – options will be presented and summarized with our recommendation.

Lender Approval/Commitment

Once an option is chosen KVRF will work with the Lender to approve the financing request and generate a commitment.


Now we get you your money – we work with the Lender(s) to meet all security and pre-funding conditions in a timely fashion.

Account Management

KVRF will be there until everything is done.  Based on our experience, the only constant in this industry is change – we will be there as your trusted advisor to help with any amendments, adjustments for your financing needs throughout the process.
